Let's see if alternate DNS servers will help. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
I did this, same issue. Should i change my DNS back to what it was?
I also noticed that my port changed on it's own while trying to power down my console.

Does it work if you use a different gamertag?

I only have one gamertag

Can you create another to test this out? That would help us narrow this down to an account issue.

Hi @EA_Aljo
I had a friend sign into his gamertag, and he was able to access all of the online modes in madden that I have been unable to on my gamertag.
Now that we know it is not a console/disk/connection issue, what steps can I take to resolve this issue? Thanks!

It sounds like this is an account issue. Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!
