Madden 20 Companion App Status 0
Hello, some leagues are having trouble exporting their data. Whenever they attempt to do so, it tells them
League Info failed getting data from Madden NFL server. Please try again Later.
It also says: "Details: status 0"
So, they try again later and it gives them the same message. Every. Time. Doesn't matter which user it is or what phone they're using.
As the developer, I can't do anything to fix it because the error appears to be happening before it even tries to access my server. I wish I didn't have to tell them that there's nothing I can do.
This isn't new either. There used to be a topic about this but it has disappeared.

I suspect there's more than one though because it was happening to a small number of leagues on MyMadden.com before that certificate expired. This particular cause seems to be that the companion app is getting picky with what certificates it will work with. However, it still works over the insecure http urls. I went ahead and purchased a new cert instead of using a free one so people could use https for a little greater peace of mind.
