We want to make sure you can play the game and if you need immediate 1:1 troubleshooting, our Support staff is available at EA Help on Twitter and at our Help site Help.EA.com. Our forum Community Managers cannot guarantee immediate responses to every post. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get any responses though, did you try any troubleshooting steps our staff or others here have posted?
I play on Xbox One too and dashboarding to the home screen can help in a variety of games. It can be a caching issue. Power cycle your console via these steps and let me know if it's still happening. The issue @tr71777 and I are discussing appears to be related to created players/custom rosters.
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
