Madden 20 does not launch

I was out on vacation a little bit ago, did you ever get this fixed from your end? Looks like some others were experiencing something similar in this thread so we're trying to locate some solutions others can find helpful. 👍

i found no fix - only solution was to set up my system completely new and reinstall and that worked till today.
But i made the following observation:
Today when i tried to start madden i got a message that there is a discrepancy between local and cloud content. I choose the local content as this was the newer date ( i copied a new roster file in the setting folder on the C: drive)
Since then the problem is exactely the same .
tried to delete all temp files but that did't work either...

Is EA at all interested in finding a solution?
I'm sorry to say that, but this game, and the original software, is the biggest crap I've ever seen. 55 Euros for a game that doesn't even start. That's a bad joke. Definitely the last time I buy an EA game if there's no solution. EA takes our money for a broken good and is not able to repair anything or even admit that this game is full of bugs.
Want another example? Today I installed Origin and Madden for the supposed 20th time because the game didn't start again last night. It was running and there was no problem at all. After 1 hour I tried to restart the game and the problem explained in the first message occurred again. In the meantime the PC wasn't even running . What the hell is going on here?
I don't know if Origin is the problem, Madden or both - but EA should.
Thank you for your patience. Can you upload a new DxDiag for us, reinstall Origin, and disable cloud saves under the Origin client's Application Settings real quick for us?
I'm starting to learn towards Origin getting blocked by the system permissions or anti-virus. Origin was added to your exception list, right?

To be honest, nothing makes any sense anymore.
In the meantime I installed Madden under a different Windows user account (a new one without any other programms on it) . There it can be started so far and the game is starting and works well.
But not only that - since then the game can be started again in the original account, where it was not possible before. In the meantime I didn't try anything else there.
Let's see how long it stays that way....
Madden20. Does not launch. The opening video screens work fine. But at the last screen where it says”Losding” it freezes I have contacted EA Support 8 times. I have tried every offered solution. Nothing works. It’s very frustrating . I would like to get my money back. The game I paid for does not launch Who do I contact to see about reimbursement?
Which platform did you purchase the game for and where did you purchase it?
