Madden 20 Face Of The Franchise Issue

I had a little hiccup in my face of the franchise account on Madden 20 and I was wondering if you could fix it. To give some background to my story I am a 4 time super bowl champ and 5 time MVP for the Miami Dolphins in face of the franchise. I was getting a little bored playing with the Dolphins and wanted a change after losing my first playoff game in the AFC Championship to the Jacksonville Jagurs (it was heartbreaking). I chose at the end of the season to demand a release thinking I would have tons of options to play for, but for some reason no team wanted me and I am being forced to retire even though I am the #1 players in the game. I was really really hoping since the game is couple years old and not very popular that you would be able to reverse my choice of Demanding for a Release and allowing me to continue playing for the Miami Dolphins until I formally choose to retire. This would really mean a lot to me as it is the only game I play.
