I agree with a lot of what was said, especially the part about the X Factor making the games less realistic and increasing blowouts to the point where people concede games rather than play them through. I also would like to see a return to sim style online h2h gameplay.
In addition to the XFactor issue, I have also noticed a major problem with the run game in M20. People will run the ball 90% of their plays and have success against almost any defensive coverage unless you sell out to stop the run in which case a simple slant can go for a TD. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed in M21. I think either the blitz packages need to be made more effective against the run, defensive lineman need to shed blocks more easily, or defensive awareness ratings need to increase anytime a user's play call percentage exceeds 70% running plays.
I love Madden, and its been one of my favorite video games for years, but M20 has been frustrating to the point where I have debated whether or not I should even get M21. However I trust that the game will be properly adjusted and I am looking forward to seeing the changes that will be made in the next version of the game.
