So 5 years into a franchise my save was deleted. What the hell EA. This is trash. Anyone have this issue with a successful fix? I play on the PS4.

@moneysniper2121 If the file isn't there I'm afraid it wasn't saved somehow. Could be an extremely rare glitch or the console experienced an issue right at the moment the game was saving (Xbox Live services went down, Xbox/power in the house shut down). Our staff unfortunately can't recover lost save files like this, thus we can only advise creating a new Face of the Franchise if you wish to not continue where your last save left off.

I'm sorry to hear your franchise was deleted. Did you reinstall the game or factory reset your console?

Do you have PlayStation+ with cloud saved enabled?

I’m having the same issue with my Xbox one. I didn’t factory reset or uninstall the game or anything. Is there any ways to save the franchise?

If it's a cloud franchise it's saved to our servers for your account. Offline franchises are saved to the console's memory and will be deleted if you reinstall.

@EA_Blueberry What if we never reinstalled the game? It literally was just there one day, then played face of the franchise, then the next day the only remnants of the franchise is a file saved right before the fantasy draft. We tried to search through the saved files in the settings page of the madden opening screen but to no avail. Is there anything else you could possibly think we could try?

@EA_Blueberry Ok. Thank you. I have a separate question: I just made a new fantasy draft franchise and before the draft, I forgot to turn off pre-existing injuries. Because of this, there are multiple players I’ve drafted who can’t play due to these injuries. Is there any way to remove all of these injuries after the draft?

There isn't. I've seen a lot of feedback around that though and continue to raise it up to the team.

My franchise and other features have all disappeared. Attached is a picture of the screen I get—it’s the default screen for the first time using the game, which is concerning because I play every day. I have three cloud franchises I want to recover. Please tell me how to do so.

Greetings,
First issue when I click Franchise it takes me to a screen that advertises two game plans. I select "No Thank you" and it takes me back to the main page. It does this over and over again. It seems to be caught in a loop.
Second, it also appears that my latest Franchise files have been deleted. Has anyone else had this issue and do you have any suggestions? Thx

CRAZY!! 6VUEARS IN LAST NIGHT DOING ROSTER STUFF IT KICKED ME TOBTHE HOME SCREEN TRIED TO GET BACK INTO MY CLOUD FRANCHISE NOTHING THERE! WHATEVER GO TO BED GET UP TODAY STILL NOTHING BUT CAN START ALL OVER?! MAN THIS HAS BEEN EASILY THE MOST FRUSTRATING MADDEN EVER!!
