Madden 20 Franchise Deleted

So 5 years into a franchise my save was deleted. What the hell EA. This is trash. Anyone have this issue with a successful fix? I play on the PS4.

If the file isn't there I'm afraid it wasn't saved somehow. Could be an extremely rare glitch or the console experienced an issue right at the moment the game was saving (Xbox Live services went down, Xbox/power in the house shut down). Our staff unfortunately can't recover lost save files like this, thus we can only advise creating a new Face of the Franchise if you wish to not continue where your last save left off.

So I have Madden 21 and my online franchise got deleted. Is there a way to recover the online franchise from the EA servers?

@Repomanou812 There is unfortunately not an option to recover online franchises if they were deleted or corrupted, sorry.

If I deleted the online cloud franchise could it still be on my friends Xbox saved? Or is it gone off of both since I was commissioner?

@Repomanou812 Cloud franchises are saved to the online servers for your Xbox account. They are saved to your specific Gamertag.

@moneysniper2121 I had the same thing happen. My franchise saved to my console was available yesterday and now its gone. Never deleted it or reinstalled

@logtothebrain Ya I’m sorry to tell you man but you’re probably not gonna get it back. I wish ea would fix some of these reoccurring bugs they have year to year
