If you're not able to advance your week please visit this post where we are attempting to gather information.
I found out how to fix it. You have to go to league settings and switch it to full control (it switches everything to manual). Then after you advance one week you’ll be able to do everything, including training.

Can anyone else confirm this?
I already had it set to manual week 1 Pre-season and could not do training, you can only do training when you start week 2 pre-season for some reason
