Let's take a look and see if we can help get Madden up and running for you.
First, have you had a chance to try repairing the game in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with corrupted or missing data in the game files that might help fix it. If you right-click on Madden 20 in your Origin library you should see a repair option when the menu comes up.
