I never received the free golden ticket I won. I followed all the steps in the message. A week later I haven’t received anything and EA help is telling me the promo is over??

@msoos26 That is unfortunately a phishing scam and not an official EA account. If you provided that account any information about your account or submitted account information at a website via the link, change your login credentials immediately.

    @msoos26 The promo itself is real, however the individual you had reach out to you in that image was pretending to be an EA employee.
