5 years ago@msoos26 That is unfortunately a phishing scam and not an official EA account. If you provided that account any information about your account or submitted account information at a website via the link, change your login credentials immediately.

EA help online said it was real but the promo was over? Now I’m very confused.

@msoos26 The promo itself is real, however the individual you had reach out to you in that image was pretending to be an EA employee.
