Community ManagerI know from personal experience it can be nearly impossible to nail a field goal with heavy lag/delay. Which platform do you play on and which online game modes are you seeing the most input delay in? Do you see this the most when you're the away team?
While your connection in general could be great, there might be a hiccup in the connection you have with our specific servers so a simple reboot of the modem/router can help repair lag cases. @EA_Blueberry Thanks for getting back to me quickly, I don’t think it’s something to do with that, I experienced this in madden 19 with 2 different internets. Also this is a common theme online, is there an Australian server, because I feel as tho I’m playing people in America and when you do play people in Australia both people have input delay. I was wondering like if u could inform ea about this problem so they could solve it

We'll make sure the team is aware of connectivity issues like this reported to us. I feel like it would make sense to more likely experience some input lag if you're connecting to someone from the states since you're traveling across the Pacific, strange it's happening to two Australian players. Depending on the mode, the player with the stronger connection will be the home team for the peer-2-peer matches. That's why I asked if you were the away team when you experienced this.
Oh so does it use a hybrid system peer 2 peer and also servers, also I’m always the home team
- @EA_Blueberry There is a big market that ea could potentially be missing out on because of the connection. Australians love NFL and madden, someone I know played their first game of online and just stopped played madden after that because of the connection
