Community ManagerI know from personal experience it can be nearly impossible to nail a field goal with heavy lag/delay. Which platform do you play on and which online game modes are you seeing the most input delay in? Do you see this the most when you're the away team?
While your connection in general could be great, there might be a hiccup in the connection you have with our specific servers so a simple reboot of the modem/router can help repair lag cases. @EA_Blueberry I experience constant delay while playing Madden 20 on an Xbox One. You are saying there are no servers in Australia so that is why there is input delay, but my friends do not experience this delay who are also in Australia. I haven't had a smooth game since I have purchased it around December 2019 and I have good internet as I play Fifa and do not experience delay or lag. I am confused as to why I experience this delay when playing the game and my friends who are also in Australia do not. This better be fixed in madden 21.
