Madden 20 Loading Screen Freezes

So, in my first MUT squads I play in after hopping on Madden 20, the game usually stays on the same loading screen when I am going into the game. Typically when this happens, I wait a couple of minutes to see if it eventually loads, and then restart the application. When I load back into Madden after closing the application, I am able to successfully load into my second game. But, typically after I close the application, I am not given a loss or win because I never entered the game because the loading screen froze. But, earlier this morning, I had made the playoffs for just the third time ever, after going 7-0, and the loading screen froze in my first game. So, as always, I closed the application and then returned to Madden. But, when I came back on, my season had been reset. I was totally booted from the playoffs. I have rarely ever gotten to play in the playoffs and now the loading screen just froze and booted me out, and I had to restart the entire season.
