Summarize your bug In the "Manage Rosters" section, there is a bug that puts teams in salary cap penalty by at least $700m, even if the team has the minimum number of players and mathematically the salary cap should not be negative
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the bug yourselves by creating a custom roster from the main menu, and trading some players around various teams. In my case, I was trying to make a roster where every player played for their hometown team, so I was trading/cutting players from every team
What happens when the bug occurs? Eventually one of the teams will be unable to sign or trade any players because they have -700m cap space, regardless of who is on their team.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see one or more teams unable to sign or trade any players, regardless of salary or skill level, because their salary cap is at least -700m

I saw one reddit user who had the same problem (link below) and the only suggestion was to delete the roster and start over. I'm really hoping there is another solution, because I've worked on this roster for days, and would be heartbroken if I had to do it all over again while still running the risk of encountering the bug again.
