Do you have access to a PC on the same network that your PS4 is using? If so, can you try running a UO Trace for me? That will give us a detailed look at the connection between your console and the servers, so if anything is happening along the way we should be able to spot it.
For more info on how to run the test check out the Connection Troubleshooting article over at the EA Help site. The results will show your IP address, so if you would prefer sending them to me in a private message that would be fine.

I don't have a PC. All I have is a Mac. Still booted from the servers at least four times before MUT is even fully loaded and I'm booted 100% of p2p games, Every other game and app runs fine n my ps4.

If you've got a Mac there are some different tests that we can try instead. If you go back to that same article I linked before you should see a section there titled On Mac? Run a Traceroute and a Pathping.

madden is telling me I need to log in to EA to play ultimate team, but when I go into the log in window is pre filled in the email with this random eamil that isn't mine and is asking me to fill in the password. How do I change the email to my actual email?

If you aren't able to access the email address on your account please reach out to the Account Recovery team so they can take a look. They'll see what they can do to verify the account with you and get that email address updated.

I just got the results of the trace route that you sent me. Looking at the trace there's a couple things that stand out. The very first hop is showing some considerable packet loss. That first hop is within your home network, and would be the router or modem that you're connected to. Did you run that trace over wifi or were you using a network cable at the time? If you were on wifi I'd recommend giving it another shot with a network cable if that's possible. That will eliminate potential wifi interference or signal issues as a possible cause of the packet loss.

I was using a network cable. Should I purchase a different modem/router from the one that xfinity gave me? If so do you have any recommendations?

It might not be an issue with the router or modem itself. There are other steps we can try that might help with this. When you've got a chance can you run through the steps over at the general connection troubleshooting article?
