Madden 20 not connecting to the ea servers
I was wondering why Madden hasn’t been playable for five days? I haven’t changed anything with my internet.

Community ManagerIf you've got a Mac there are some different tests that we can try instead. If you go back to that same article I linked before you should see a section there titled On Mac? Run a Traceroute and a Pathping.
Please try running both of those tests using the steps outlined in the article. If you can send me the results in a private message I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

madden is telling me I need to log in to EA to play ultimate team, but when I go into the log in window is pre filled in the email with this random eamil that isn't mine and is asking me to fill in the password. How do I change the email to my actual email?

If you aren't able to access the email address on your account please reach out to the Account Recovery team so they can take a look. They'll see what they can do to verify the account with you and get that email address updated.
