Madden 20 not connecting to the ea servers
I was wondering why Madden hasn’t been playable for five days? I haven’t changed anything with my internet.

I don't have a PC. All I have is a Mac. Still booted from the servers at least four times before MUT is even fully loaded and I'm booted 100% of p2p games, Every other game and app runs fine n my ps4.

Community ManagerI just got the results of the trace route that you sent me. Looking at the trace there's a couple things that stand out. The very first hop is showing some considerable packet loss. That first hop is within your home network, and would be the router or modem that you're connected to. Did you run that trace over wifi or were you using a network cable at the time? If you were on wifi I'd recommend giving it another shot with a network cable if that's possible. That will eliminate potential wifi interference or signal issues as a possible cause of the packet loss.

I was using a network cable. Should I purchase a different modem/router from the one that xfinity gave me? If so do you have any recommendations?

It might not be an issue with the router or modem itself. There are other steps we can try that might help with this. When you've got a chance can you run through the steps over at the general connection troubleshooting article?
