Madden 20 not connecting to the ea servers
I was wondering why Madden hasn’t been playable for five days? I haven’t changed anything with my internet.

I was using a network cable. Should I purchase a different modem/router from the one that xfinity gave me? If so do you have any recommendations?

Community ManagerIt might not be an issue with the router or modem itself. There are other steps we can try that might help with this. When you've got a chance can you run through the steps over at the general connection troubleshooting article?
