Madden 20 not loading

I want to finish my franchise and play Madden 20 but it will not load. I’ve tried uninstalling and installing twice and it still doesn’t work. I’m not interested in upgrading my Madden. I bought this...

Xbox series X and no I do not get error code. The loading bar goes up to Showtime then stops

I’ve been having the same problem as you. The only thing that has worked (sometimes) is changing my DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 primary and 8.8.4.4 secondary. Hope this works for you!

    Tried the DNS change.  No luck either.  I wish they’d fix this!  I’ve run out of suggestions to fix this.
