Community ManagerGive the following steps a try please:
Open up your Xbox Settings, then go to Network Settings. From there go to Advanced Options and select the option to clear the Alternate MAC Address. The Xbox will restart after that.
If this doesn't clear the issue up, be sure to let me know.
That did not work
- @bmf078 It only works for me if I sign out when the loading screen (little green progress bar) starts. If you wait until "Showtime" appears it won't work.

- @VORTX_Badger Glad to hear that! It works for me too as long as I log out as soon as the green loading bar starts. But EA needs to fix this. Or at least comment that they are working on it. Very frustrating.
