I tried clearing MAC address and it did not work either
@bmf078 Oh man bummer. Sorry to hear that. I tried everything recommended by this forum and other websites and the only thing that worked was signing out of my gamertag during the loading bar and letting the game load. It's tricky though. Give it several tries at various times of the loading bar. That's the only thing that has worked. Very frustrating! This just started for me about two days ago. It's been fine since I bought the game otherwise. I didn't change anything on my end. What did EA change? I have the issue on my XBOX One and my XBOX Series X. Ridiculous.
I am now having the same issue, never been a problem. Ironically it all started to happen with 2020 the same day I installed 2023. I called support and only thing that worked was factory reset of xbox series x. Then reinstall of game. However, only worked that one time. Now it is doing it again when loading getting stuck on Showtime.
- @Ginchman7 Wow. Well I’m not resetting my Xbox. There’s definitely something on their end that’s wrong and needs to be fixed. How many are there that have the same issue but haven’t posted here? I’d wager a LOT.
This is unacceptable. I can understand if this was a game i had access to through EA Access, but this is a game that i bought for full price and expect to have access to it in perpetuity. It’s been a full week that I’ve tried to fix this issue and nothing works. It HAS to be something on EA’s side. There needs to be some sort of compensation for this downtime. Hell, just give me a code for Madden NFL 23 at this point - it’ll be in Access sooner rather than later.
