The game currently runs without any audio. I've tried to look through the forums for help, but so far have not been able to fix the issue. Please can you help me fix this. Thanks.

I seemed to have fixed the problem. 🙂
I closed down a program called "Alienware Sound Center" and the sound has now return to the game. I guess this was somehow causing the issue.

Are you running your sound through your TV speakers, or are you using a different audio device like a headset or a sound system?

I’m running it through my TV speakers. All other games have sound. Also the sound is back on now. The loss of sound seems to be intermittent. I’ve lost sound twice now. Both times I’ve lost sound on Madden 20 the sound works on all other games and apps on my XBOX.

It total random. When I turn the game on sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. The sound loss doesn’t happen during game play. When sound loss occurs it happens at the start of game play. Reading other users post this sound loss issue is not unique to me.
Community ManagerThat is definitely weird. Do you notice any difference at all depending on if you're in a party or not?
