So I bought Madden 20 two days ago and have so far being unable to play a single game. The game mostly runs fine with the occasional freeze for a couple of seconds, however, without fail the game will completely crash my whole pc (reboot required). every. single. game.
I have tried updating Windows 10 to the latest build (I was quite far behind, thought this would be the problem) to no avail.
My specs are:
Intel Core i5-4670K @ 3.40 GHz
16GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050Ti 4GB RAM
Attached full DxDiag
EA_BarryCommunity Manager
Please try the following:
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- Disconnect any additional peripherals, USB sticks/hard drives etc.

this doesnt work mr community manager. maybe get to your dev team and let them know that the game isnt playable for some people
