Your machine may be trying to use the video processing on your CPU rather than your GPU.
Make sure your display is connected to your GPU rather than your motherboard video output.
Please also try these steps:
- Open the nvidia Control Panel
- Click Manage 3D settings
- Click the Program Settings tab
- Click the Add button
- Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Madden NFL 20\Madden20.exe
- Select Madden20.exe and then Open
- Customise individual settings if you like
- Exit nvidia control panel, make sure your display is connected to your GPU (not the motherboard) and try playing.
