Madden 20 finally after 20+ years of playing the game has added a legitimate player customization tool set that’s available to use in QB1 and the player locked Franchise. These tools are unavailable in ANY of the other modes, even the main menu create a player has the same set of bland old pre set faces to choose from. This is blindingly frustrating in an otherwise great iteration of Madden.

Couldn’t agree more man. I asked about this in these forums weeks ago and no one even cared to respond.
It has been years now that we’ve had to use the same limited generic faces to create players and rookie classes. Even the NCAA 14 game had more faces to choose from 5 years ago which is embarrassing and shameful to even mention.It’s unbelievable that we’re in 2019 and they just now added the customization tool, but only to be used as QB1 or whatever other position we choose where we’re only able to control that one player and no one else.
We really do deserve better EA! Don’t insult us by saying that you care about our opinions and feedback in these forums and then continue ignoring something we have been requesting year after year. It’s something so simple too which baffles me the most.
It blows my mind that more people aren’t more upset about this but I can’t find anyone talking about it in forums and EA just doesn’t seem to care. Customization is one of my favorite aspects of gaming in general and especially in sports games.
