Madden 20 Preload

Good Morning fellas, So I purchased the Superstar Edition for the 3 day early access and I am seeing all these people that have the preload complete already, I need to do this because my connection ...

    Does it show that edition under your purchase history? If so, I'd contact PlayStation Support immediately so they can put the correct edition under your pre-order.

On PS4, scroll over to your purchased list in your library and  click on the Madden 20 tile - there should be an option to pre-load.

Xbox and Origin should work in a similar fashion.

    When I do this I am seeing the standard edition, kinda like for the trial. Is it the same
