I just wanted to report the same issue with PS4... it is very frustrating because I am also loosing games as a result of this bug. Every time it’s 4th and short in the opponents red zone game simulates a fake FG kick in which the kick ALWAYS misses. This happens in any quarter no matter what the score is. I would like to see madden install an update in which you can play 4th down as well, either that or just stop going for it on 4th down...
