Community ManagerSorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Ultimate Team. Can you try rebooting your local network and power cycle to the console to see if it helps get you back in? Sounds frustrating and we'll do everything we can to get you back into the mode.
PS4:
Power Cycle
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
Xbox One:
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
I have been contacted by EA and they said they are working on it. So give them a bit and we should be back in it.

Are you changing the Presentation Settings? The team is aware of an issue with that and if changed it can throw you out of the game.
I’ve done what you said multiple times and it keeps giving me an error. It says it can not connect to the EA servers but I can play everything else. Help me please
This did not work. Seems like error is with just madden ultimate team, not our connections.

Have you tried resetting your lineup to best overall with the lineup tool and changing your team visuals to a standard team jersey? That is the other workaround for those getting a connectivity error within MUT.- @EA_Blueberry That did work!
