Solo ChallengesSummarize your bug Madden is not letting me start up ultimate team what so ever I got on as soon as it dropped and could play for maybe 10 minutes then it sent me back to the title screen and ever sense if I try and load up ultimate team it sends me right back to the main menu on madden and says their is an error on the servers or something like that but when ever I play any other mode it works but the one mode I pretty much got the game for isn’t working what is up EAHow often does the bug occur? @rj5578 @pookierocks22 Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Ultimate Team. Can you try rebooting your local network and power cycle to the console to see if it helps get you back in? Sounds frustrating and we'll do everything we can to get you back into the mode. PS4: Power Cycle Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game. Xbox One: Power Cycle the Console Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

@rj5578 I have this problem also I was able to play for like the first 20 minutes and then it kicked me out and I haven’t been able to get back on since because of that error. My companion app also doesn’t work but it does for my second account. I contacted EA and they said hopefully it’ll work when the full release of the game happens on August 2nd.

i have the exact same problem, and havent heard anything from EA, my game keeps crashing when i load into solos

Hey Madden fans,

Can you try removing your MUT team visuals under your roster to see if that helps avoid this error? We've seen others find success avoiding crashes and errors when they make changes to the head coach and uniform visuals, then restarting the console/PC.

My game does the same exact thing. MUT was playing fine until about 3 days ago. I can play draft champions but if I try a solo challenge it crashes and if I try h2h it just sits at the load screen and nothing happens. I've tried everything and still nothing...its very frustrating!!!!

Go to visuals on your team and clear your coach and team uniforms. That should work.

I’ve done what you said multiple times and it keeps giving me an error. It says it can not connect to the EA servers but I can play everything else. Help me please

If you are having trouble getting into specific game modes with a server connection error, please contact our Support team immediately so they can pull up your account to help fix this for you. If you're able to get into MUT and get a server error when you try to play certain game modes, visiting your lineup and changing it to best overall via the lineup tool and changing up the team visuals should help correct that error.

I've been having this problem for a few days now too where it kicks me from ultimate team 10 to 20 minutes into a game. It is most noticeable in challenges because I can't get past the first half without being kicked. I've called EA and have restored my licences and changed my DNS but neither worked. I also went into safe mode on my ps4 and rebuilt my database. I just now tried to reinstall the game as well. I think it has to do with corrupted data because it started when the power went off in the middle of a challenge I was doing and ever since then I loose connection however many minutes into the game I was when the power went out. I have no idea how to fix that but just some observations that may help others.
