Madden 20 Ultimate Team Problem

Date/time issue occurred Ever since April 3rd.
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug When I try and load into Ultimate Team, every time I try and go play Solo Challenges or try and go get something from the shop/auction house, it kicks me out of Ultimate Team and sends me back to the Main Menu. I know my connection works because the only problem I have is with playing Madden Ultimate Team.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know because my friends play it fine and I can play other games with them just not Madden.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am kicked out of Ultimate Team and sent back to the main menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to load into Ultimate Team within minutes and play challenges or play against my friends, as well as go to the shop and auction house without being kicked out of Ultimate Team.
