Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? BMGUCC61598
Date/time issue occurred November, 2019
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug I am not able to select different uniforms for games. It always defaults to the normal home/away uniforms.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to online head to head, click A to select team, click X and change uniforms, then click A to save, and click A again to advance to game, when the game starts, you will see the uniforms have reverted back to the usual home/away uniforms, and your newly saved uniform choices have been disregarded.
What happens when the bug occurs? Typical home/away uniforms are worn in the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the uniforms I selected and saved, but I am not seeing them.
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here.
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? Not sure.
Enter RAM memory size in GB Not sure.

    Just wanted to note this is also happening on PS4.  Can’t wait to load up my Chicago Bears Alternate Classics hopefully sometime soon..

      This years madden hasn’t fixed or updated anything from last years game. Just rosters basically. 
      still can’t challenge plays online

      still can’t play weather games online

      now can’t change uniforms online. 
      very disappointed with madden last few years!

      its a shame because I love playing, but it’s just the same game every year

        @wormwoodearth Yeah, it's incredible Madden 12 was better than the 20, and all for PS4/XBOXONE. I remember you could choose everything for the games in online h2h.

      Can you load into the game when you have a chance and check for us to see if the uniforms are still reverting on you?

      EDIT: A title update went out today.

    If you’re aware of it... fix it! It’s been months!!!!!!!!! The season is about to over. Some folks didn’t get madden 20 until Xmas and the fact that the uniform option is still an issue just leads to * poor effort! Fix the problem! Being aware and not doing a damn thing to fix the problem you’re aware of is bull *!

    Hello,

    I think you should unmark this is as solved since It has not been solved.

    I play as the Chicago Bears and none of the alternatives work - 100% of the time.  Back in Sept/October they were working fine.

    You marked this as solved... except here we are, months later, in the year 2020, and this problem is still not solved. When will this annoyance be fixed?

      I've yet to see a jersey work either.

      Every team and jersey defaults back to the away/home and its the same for every opponent I play

    What's the deal EA ?:Why haven't this issues been addressed. The game has been out for 7 months and we can't change our Jerseys on online H2 . Smh. Fans deserve this simple feature.

    When w this bug get fixed also my playart is scrambled personal how can I fix this issue.
