Hey obey I don't even know if you are going to read this but I want to know if you resolved the issue because I am having the same problem I also don't have internet and I got the game and it shows me that error code. If you did resolve it please tell me because I really don't want to return the game

Did you try the steps @EA_Barry linked?
It's possible you may need to update your Xbox software to the latest version which requires an internet connection. If the Xbox isn't updated to the latest version, some game titles may not be readable due to software updates.- I still play Madden in 2022 all right let's get to the point for some reason it keeps getting stuck on a Showtime screen it will load I don't know what's wrong with it and it keeps saying I need to connect to the EA servers or the EA servers are down do you think you can probably help me with it the connection is just fine I restarted my Xbox and it still didn't work so I don't know what to do
