Madden 20 won't finish installation

I purchased a physical copy of madden 20 for the ps4 and the game will not finish installation its been over 36 hours and the game is at 54%. I have done the following troubleshooting -cleared the ...

Hey @chucknuck. 

Are you still having any trouble getting Madden 20 installed from the disc? If so, rebuilding the database on your PS4 might help. First start up the PS4 in Safe Mode, then select the Rebuild Database option from the menu when it comes up. 

The process may take a bit. Once it wraps up try installing Madden 20 again. Let me know if you're still having trouble with the installation.

Ea Kent, I been having installation issues for at least 3 weeks. Tried everything. Been on Google and YouTube trying to fix this problem. Nothing works. Help. Please.

    Hey @gtyh0987. 

    Are you trying to install from a disc, or are you downloading the game digitally from the PSN Store?
