Madden 20 won't launch on PC

Just downloaded game today, 3-14-20. Open Origin. Madden 20 in game library. Click play.  Cloud sync launch bar pops up, goes from 5% to 100% within a second.  Origin disappears, then reappears about 10 seconds later back to the same Madden 20 screen to click play again.   Have tried just opening up the Madden 20 game file, but nothing happens from there at all.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Origin.  Updated Windows to version 1909 and all other Windows items are up to date.  I've modified firewall to add Origin and OriginService file and given those along with Madden 20 full rights.  All drivers are updated on machine.

Please help.

    Hey there. 


    When you have a chance can you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC before you try launching Madden 20? That way if there's something else running on your PC that's preventing the game from launching it should bypass it. 

    You can find more details on how to set up a Clean Boot over at the EA Help website. Let me know how it goes when you can.
