Madden 20 won't load past intro

I've had the game for 2 weeks and can't get past the intro the screen goes dark and the intro plays in the background. It's stuck at "showtime" But when I'm not connected to the internet the game loa...

    Changing your DNS settings to googles fixes the problem

1. Delete EA Sports App
2. Reset your EA password On the computer Or phone browser
3.once reset log in
4. Re download EA sports

It should work

Another thing you can do is get off the WiFi, this should let you play the game but you will need to do the steps to keep playing
