Madden 20 won't load past intro

I've had the game for 2 weeks and can't get past the intro the screen goes dark and the intro plays in the background. It's stuck at "showtime" But when I'm not connected to the internet the game loa...

    Changing your DNS settings to googles fixes the problem

Go to your Xbox Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > DNS settings and select 'Manual'. Then enter 8.8.8.8 as the primary and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary. Then restart your Xbox (don't bother waiting for the network test to finish). I couldn't get past the loading screen either and this worked for me.

      I believe you're right I've tried all day and nothing works.  I even bought the game full price and now nothing
