madden 2004 jersey issues on windows 8.1

I have madden 2004 for pc and everything works except the jerseys are all blank with no names or numbers?  Any help would be great.  Thanks

Try right clicking the game in Origin and then choose Repair, thanks.

    Thanks for the response.  Cannot get origin to accept the cd key to install it in origin.  I have the actual cds for the game not a digital download.
