Were there any changes made to your laptop in the last 24 hours, such as new software or hardware installs? Any Windows Updates?
Did you reinstall the game multiple times? Some games have a license limit in which our staff will have to assist in renewing the license.
The last windows update was on Nov.21st. and I haven't reinstalled the game since September, when it worked until Dec. 1st.

Try running the game in compatibility mode (right click on the desktop shortcut>properties>compatibility) and run it in an older OS. If that doesn't work, a reinstall might be worth it as a recent Windows Update might have some correlation.
