Madden 2021 Offline Franchise Draft Error

Summarize your bug Everytime I try to begin the draft in my offline franchise, the game crashes and displays an erroc code, then sends me back to the PlayStation home menu. This happens when I click on “Make your selection”. The error code is (CE-34878-0). I’m not sure how to proceed, because my franchise is un-playable till this bug is fixed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start an offline franchise, and proceed through the 2020 season and offseason till you get to the 2021 draft. Then click “Make my Selection”.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes and an error code is displayed (CE-34878-0), then you’re taken back to the PlayStation home menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to complete the draft as normal so I can proceed into the 2nd year of my franchise.

The Error code it gives is (CE-34878-0).

    @philipnelson58 I’ve been having literally the exact same issue. It’s insanity. I bet it never gets addressed either, it certainly didn’t with their update today (1.12).

    I tested several things and found that I actually COULD make the draft selections when the user whose team I was drafting for was designated as the “league owner”, but it crashes for all other 31 users when you try to make their draft selections. I even tried making a user the “league owner”, drafting for its team, and then making the next team in the draft’s user the “league owner” mid-draft and selecting for that team and it crashed...so the only draft selections able to be made are for the team who’s user was designated as the “league owner” at the START of the draft. 

    Hopefully that helps the devs figure out the issue...if they ever address it at all.

    Wow did my comment really get deleted or is my phone just screwing up? If it got deleted then that’s wild. All I did was say I had the same issue and tried to relay the info I gathered from troubleshooting the problem.

    @philipnelson58 How many updates are they gonna release before they finally fix this issue??? Its been at least 3 updates since I started having this problem and none of them have fixed it. Franchise is unplayable!

    I tested several things (certain league/user settings and such) and I found that the only teams who I was able to successfully make a draft pick for were those ones who’s user was designated as the “league owner” when starting the draft. I even tried making the team with the first pick the league owner, making the pick for that team, and then setting the user of the team with the 2nd pick as the league owner. When I tried to make the 2nd pick, it crashed. 

    It seems like you can only make picks for the team whose user was the league owner when the draft was started and that’s it.
