    *UPDATE* 1/12

    This should be fixed in the January 7th Title Update

    Thank you for the workaround suggestions, @acrosson  @UjoGabo_SNV !


    Workarounds:

    • Change preferred time of the game.
    • Change the uniform colors to something other than random

    Received an update the team is still working on it. Thank you for your patience on this.

In the last two days I have had several games where this has happened. 

Dallas vs Detroit - both teams wearing white jerseys and silver paints.

Dallas vs NE - Both teams wearing white jerseys

Dallas vs Cleveland - Both teams wearing DARK jerseys this time

Dallas vs Seattle - Both teams white jerseys and similar pant color

Also played games in Green Bay where the field did not have any yard lines or end zone lines painted, Just a green lawn

Played at Titans and 2the same issue with the yard lines aren’t marked at all

EXHIBITION

ONLINE HEAD TO HEAD

RANKED GAME

IN EACH CASE WHERE THE JERSEYS WERE THE SAME COLOR, MY ADSVACED SETTINGS WERE SET TO RANDOM FOR HOME AND AWAY

TIME OF DAY WAS THE AFTERNOON GAME 

PLAYING ON XBOX ONE X OVER XBOX LIVE GOLD

Can you reply back to us with the following info so we can forward it to the Madden team:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform you play on (XB1/PS4/PC)
  • Game Mode you're seeing this in
  • Screenshot of this (if possible)
  • How often does it happen? (Every time, 50/50, rare)

    Not_n_r_house playing on ps4 seeing this issue approximately 75% of the time playing with Steelers. Less playing with Cowboys.

    Seemed to fix my issue deleting a couple of accidentally created uniforms In creation center

    Can anyone else confirm here whether they have any created uniforms in the creation center and if you do, screenshot the uniform you have before you delete it and post it here so we can see if there is a root cause?

    @EA_Blueberry I can confirm I have the same issue, I play with Dallas Cowboys H2H online and I have never created any uniform in the creation center.

    This is annoying me beyond end. It’s making me lose so many games and I’m so so so tired of this please help ASAP. Acrosson0521 / PS4

    @acrosson I’ve found solution. Try to change preffered time of the game. I just play 4 games H2H and worked for me. But that’s temporary solution, it should be fixed

    Thank you. I also found a solution that has worked 100% of the time. I found that if I change the uniform colors to something other than random it works fine. Now that I think of it during those times I also change the time of the game which you mentioned. For now this matter is resolved; thanks again for the help!
