Correct, the play resulted in a first down while the ball was dropped.

There's not much we can really do to change the outcome or record of the team and appreciate you coming to the forums to report this. I've been on the forums for a couple years now and I think I may have seen this 1 more time out all of the reports so thankfully it's a rare bug to experience out of all the hours players put in.
If you have any video footage leading up to it that can help the team determine what may have triggered this so they can try to reproduce it. I hope you don't experience a game impacting bug like that again.I have attempted to attach multiple different video files but ever time I do so I get an error message now allowing me to post it. Is there an email I can send this video to? I also posted another bug on this forum about baker mayfield with a glitch on rpos and need some assistance and can also send that video as well
