    I was able to fix the issue I was having my clearing the app cache in EA Desktop.

    1. click the 3 lines menu button in the upper left corner
    2. Select help > app recovery > clear cache

    after ea desktop restarted I had to log back in and then it started working as expected.

Summarize your bug I cannot access community download files. The server crashes every time... looking to download a draft class file.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to access and download draft class files.
What happens when the bug occurs? It says "The connection to the server has been lost."
What do you expect to see? The file to download and save.

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card?

Please fix this server issue so I can download these files. My internet is 200mb.... not an internet connection issue.

    I’m having the same issue on Xbox Series X. It isn’t a Damn Internet issue. They need to fix whatever problem this.

      Same on the series s. I was able to download 3 draft classes and 1 roster before the issue hit me. But now I can’t access the downloads. Even if I try to download the roster I have it says it loaded it but when I try and use it on franchise mode it’s not there. Draft classes work fine in franchise but I’d like to play with rosters that have been update with free agency going on.

    Whenever I try to download a community file, it gives me this message "The connection to the server has been lost. Check your internet settings and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect ...." Like whats the fix around for this????? Please lmk! (im on PC btw)

    Summarize your bug For about a week straight now I have had this bug when attempting to download a draft class. I remember there was a bug earlier in the year about downloading draft classes but this is not the same. When I select download draft class I cant load into the menu which allows me to select a draft class. I haven’t seen anyone else have this problem. I don’t know how it started but it is ruining my attempt at realistic my rebuilding a team. It is making it almost unplayable.

    What happens when the bug occurs? It just tells me to reconnect or check my wifi and visit a ea help website, which has not helped.
    What do you expect to see? I expect to see it get fixed.

    This happened after I joined one of my friends leagues and I can’t download a file since.
