Madden 21 crashing at edit player

Summarize your bug Game was already freeze-crashing anytime I was customizing my avatars’ gear now it won’t load past “reviewing the game plan..” fix this 60 dollar beta trash before I give horrible reviews on every forum I can find.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Edit player appearance in face of the franchise or the custom avatar section.
What happens when the bug occurs? It was freezing before crashing. Now I get stuck on the loading screen and it never loads even after 1 hour. Problem has progressively gotten worse it seems.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to work thoroughly no matter what as I paid 60 dollars plus tax to play it.

I have been stuck on this screen for over an hour.

Same problem happening with my xbox 

Tech support said to try uninstall and reinstall but all its fixed was the crashes

Fixed it by creating another profile and loading in, afterwards my main account was back working

Summarize your bug The game crashes when I try to change my equipment in face of the franchise mode.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change the helmet on your player in face of the franchise a few times and the crash will occur.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen freeze and kicks you out to your dash board
What do you expect to see? an update where you fix this problem

I have also had this problem numerous times. I’d be lucky to get 10 seconds in editing my player before the game crashes and goes to home screen.
