Madden 21 EA Play Trial won't connect to EA Servers - can't play any game modes

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get trial of Madden 21 via EA Play
What happens when the bug occurs? Game either doesn't load, or if it does, can't play any of the game modes
What do you expect to see? Game loading and be able to play it.

Summarize your bug Using EA Play Trial - Says I have 10 hours left. Game won't load says "EA Servers unavailable". This is despite the servers being available on same console, same account, for other EA Play games including Madden NFL 20 and Star Wars Squadrons etc.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new trial of Madden 21 with EA Play
What happens when the bug occurs? Flashes errors regarding the requirement to be online with XBox Live, and EA Servers, then ends saying "EA Servers Unavailable". If the game actually does get to the menu, no game modes will load.
What do you expect to see? Expect to see game load properly, and allow me to use the 10 hours EA Play trial of the game.
