    Madden NFL 21 is now available in the EA Play List! 

    Hey, Madden Community.

    We are currently aware of players having trouble getting past the loading screen or attempting to play a game mode at the menu for the Madden NFL 21 Play First Trial. We are currently requesting information on this in the following thread below.

    We're asking you to provide the following information to help aide the team in discovering what's causing this to happen, as it is not impacting all EA Play members.

@rangerfan10475 Thank you for trying. This is painful to follow here and I want to let you all know the team is fully aware of these reports and continuing to look into it. This looks to be more complicated to find out why it's exactly happening from your side as it's not impacting all EA Play members.

Will continue to update you all here as new information becomes available.

Great game. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Cant play any game modes and now I have 3 hours left. Biggest game turn off of all time. Considering how big EA is, this is very disappointing. We should get our timer reset because of this. Y’all are making me not want to purchase another madden. Id rather hop on my wii fit than play (or rather not play because this game is quite actually unplayable) this despicable game. Absolutely horrendous. Not buying another madden. Ever.
