It’s been 10 days of it saying “Attention/Error : The EA servers are not available at this time”. Every time I check if the servers are down, it says it’s up but I still get the message. My Wifi is wired, I’ve restarted the router, I’ve deleted the game then reinstalled it, I’ve restarted my PS4 & it worked for a day then went back to the error for another three day & counting.

I see you've restarted, but I'd like to make sure it's done right. Please try using the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Hey @EA_Aljo, so I tried those steps & it didn’t work. I’m still receiving the error even though sites are saying the servers are up.

I too have had this issue for at least the past week. Still no luck. Very frustrating. I was hoping that following this post would help me as well. Unfortunately that has not been the case.

Have you performed any troubleshooting yet? I don't want to repeat those steps. Are you on a wired or wireless connection and what system do you play on? Thanks!

I've done all the above steps referenced.
I'm in PS4, and currently am wireless.
While I can't be positive, I believe the last thing I was doing before I got booted out was the ozzie newsome solo challenges. I'm not sure if that helps or not.

Try setting your lineup to the best overall. If that doesn't work, try setting your team visuals to default and if using a custom playbook, try using a default one.

Hiya @EA_Aljo I'm still having problems with getting signed out of EA servers, especially when playing FOTF. I get part way through the HS showpiece game before getting a notification that I have been signed out of the server and forces me out of the game. I'm playing on Xbox One.

Wireless, with no way of getting a wired connection. I did get a message when booting up the game that servers were having issues today. I'm able to play UT for a decent amount of time, only having issues with FOTF
