I’m getting SOOOO frustrated with Madden 21 and feel like I want my $$ back. I am experiencing an issue where I cannot play a h2h game. It’s “searching for opponent” for minutes as opposed to seconds. It also will not allow me to go back and retry. I am having to restart the game and this is my 4th time doing it. VERY aggravating and makes me not want to play. Please resolve ASAP or let me know the workaround. 🤨😡

Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help out with the matchmaking issues you've been seeing? When you've got the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see how that goes. If the same issue is still happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:

- PC

Thank you for taking time to answer this. This was super frustrating and I was ready to get my money back. What did work was getting an ethernet cord and using the modem hardwired instead of Wi-Fi. I have not had the issue since.
Thats a lie. I am Hardwired to a ps4 and a PS5 and still game doesn't work 70% of the time. You work for EA. LIES
