Madden 21 error head to head

Over the past two days I've been through about four tech support staff on the chat to try and get it to work.

When I try to play it either gives me a failure to connect. Or the timer keeps going without loading and you are unable to leave the screen without closing the game.

For the past two days I was told to reinstall my game, change the DNS settings. Reset my modem and more and haven't still been able to get the issue solved. This is extremely frusturating because I (stupidly) paid over 100 dollars CAD for this game when it came. I'm bitterly disappointed with this product and am at my wits end as to how I might squeeze even a modicum of value out of this wretched product.
